In Preston, Fishergate Shopping Centre brings the only Santa’s Magical Elevator in Lancashire to life. Families can step into an enchanted lift, escorted by an Elf, then travel along a winding path to Santa’s grotto and be given a special gift.
What Visitors Can Expect
- Enter the lift, experience lights, sound and festive visuals that guide the ride.
- An Elf will accompany each group from lift to grotto.
- Exit the lift and follow a magical walkway to meet Santa.
- Children will meet Santa one-on-one and leave with a present.
- There will be festive keepsakes such as tree ornaments, snow globes and custom magnets for sale.
- A child’s ticket includes admission for two adults (booking fees excluded).
- Opening on 22 November, the experience runs on chosen dates through 24 December.
